Denton Shed Skins Chardonnay lombardy our Botrytis Riesling will continueIn 2023 we had our eye on the Mendoza and Gin Gin clones located at the bottom of Block 5, the cooler North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill. Hand picked later in the season looking for full flavour and skin ripeness. The fruit was destemmed, wrapped up and left to do its thing. we gave it two months on skins this year . just to see how far we could take it (tasting all along the way). It was then pressed to ancient barriques until bottling
